Peyton Manning Upset About SuperBowl

Peyton Manning is pissed off! His brother is going to the Super Bowl and he is not. Take a look at this video clip of him playing with some kids in a Philadelphia play ground. He almost takes some kids head off as he throws a pass to him. He isn't wearing his Indianapolis Colts jersey, nor is any kid wearing any NFL jersey.



Okay, so this is not real and instead is just a Saturday Night Live skit, but pretty funny. Next one should be with Donovan McNabb and all chubby kids wearing a Philadelphia Eagles jersey.

Brian Leetch Night at MSG

For those of you who love to see when the game of hockey is played right, and when a player plays for the team and not just for himself, then you loved watching Brian Leetch wear a New York Rangers jersey, Boston Bruins jersey, and Toronto Mapleleafs jersey. The fans of those teams got to see a great player on and off the ice on a nightly basis, while the other team marveled at his play.

What was probably not seen by the average fan was how he played the game at 110% all the time and never complained. The average fan probably also didn't see the little plays he made that showed up in the box score, such as perfectly placed passes to his forwards so they can get up the ice, or breaking up 2-on-1's that didn't even result in a shot on goal.

So on Thursday night at Madison Square Garden in New York City, another banner will be raised. It will be of a player that played for the New York Rangers most of his career and helped bring the NHL Stanley Cup to New York after 50 years.

Oh, and the way the Rangers have been playing, that may be the only banner that gets raised at MSG for a while!

Randy Moss Can't Play?

So everyone knows by now that Randy Moss has had a restraining order signed against him that barr's him from being 500 feet from his accuser. A football field is 360 feet long (don't forget the end zones!). If I'm a member of the San Diego Chargers, I give her front row seats on the 50 yard line. No matter where he stands, he'd be in violation of the restraining order!

Picture this: Someone wearing a Ladanian Tomlinson jersey #21 (can't really be sure it is him can we? ...he does have a sprained knee) provides her some really nice complimentary tickets to the game at the 50 yard line. A little hot chocolate, some nice warm mittens, and a really thick coat just to keep her nice and warm so she doesn't have to get up. During the game a cop approaches the line of scrimmage, and just before Tom Brady snaps the ball, puts the cuffs on Randy Moss and hauls him away! I'm sure that is an image many fans would love to see! Unfortunately, probably won't happen and that may be the only way any player in a San Diego Chargers jersey could cover him!

Green Bay Weather Causes Packers Fan To Act Like "Cheese Heads"

When the Green Bay Packers play the New York Giants this weekend, the temperature is going to be below zero by the time game is mid-way through! Yet, I'm sure some nimrod will be sitting in the stands with no shirt on! You have got to be kidding! It never fails, a group of guys will take off their NFL jersey, and each will have a letter on their chest, that when they stand together, is supposed to spell "PACKERS". First off, I'm not wearing anything that insinuates I'm a PACKER! Secondly, most of the times, these nimrods are so drunk that they can't even spell. Is this why they are called "Cheese Heads"?

Now here you have a video of some Green Bay Packers fans who have been out in the cold too long! I wonder if any of these will be going shirtless!

Johan Santana Packs Bags for...

Could these guys make up their minds? It's one thing to not be able to make up your mind if you want a player or not. But it is a whole different thing to be indecisive about whether you are going to decide to be in it or not!

Geez!! That Yankees are in the running...oh wait...no they are not....no, wait...they are...wait, we are not sure. The Twins can't even decide if Johan Santana will be wearing a Minnesota Twins jersey or not. Could it be the New York Mets jersey he winds up wearing?

I've seen less indecision in an episode of "Deal or No Deal".

Come on ladies....make up your mind!

Check out these NBA bloopers! Whether Kevin Garnett of the Boston Celtics or Lebron James of the Cleveland Cavaliers, they all have some moments that you probably wouldn't write home about. Except, no need to write home, these are seen on national television!

My favorite is #2 with the Washington Wizards as the rebound bounces off his shoulder and into his own basket!

Valentines Day Gifts

Now is a good time to start thinking about what to get your man for Valentines Day, if he deserves it that is. I know how much he would appreciate that box of chocolates or balloons, but instead try getting him a sports related item. Would he really like that? :-)

You may want to try a nice new Boston Red Sox Jersey or New York Yankees Jacket. Baseball not his game? He more of a hockey guy? Try a Detroit Redwings jersey, or any other team he roots for. Make it even more special by having it personalized with his name.

Of course, you can go with a great football jersey just in time for the Super Bowl. With either a New England Patriots, San Diego Chargers, New York Giants, or Green Bay Packers jersey, you can't go wrong.

There's No Crying in Football!

What a performance! I wasn't sure if I was watching a Dallas Cowboys football news conference or the Golden Globe Awards! Was he REALLY crying?! Now that was funny! "That's my quarterback!" Oh, how sweet that is! Valentines Day is coming up next month. A nice box of chocolates would be a nice gift. Oh wait, how about 2 tickets to Mexico!

San Diego Chargers & Tomlinson Get to Try Again!

Okay Petyon Manning, you won your Super Bowl last year. You are going to the Hall of Fame and no one can pin the tag on you, "Can't win the big one!". Great! Now, get out of the way! Time for Ladanian Tomlinson to take on the Patriots and make them pay for how they were 'bad boys' after beating you 2 years ago.

Maybe its your turn to talk trash after the game this year? How ironic that would be! Tomlinson and his San Diego Chargers beat the New England Patriots in the playoffs and stop this historic undefeated season! Wow! Would love to be at mid field after the game and hear what was said.

Hmmmm...maybe I can hide a microphone and camera on a player....Spy Gate II!

Cancun Cowboys Loose!

Looks like that little trip to Cancun was just what the Eli Manning needed to get him going! Oh wait, it was Tony Romo that went to Cancun right? Well, it was in the temperature was in the 60's in New York this past week. Maybe Tony should have stuck to the jersey shore?

Was that Eli on the Jersey Shore boardwalk tossing a football through the hoops and winning stuffed animal? Hmm...looks like Tony Romo had the right idea but went to the wrong "shore".

Patrick Creighton and the Dallas Cowboy fans were so "sure" they would win! Turns out they had the wrong "shore"!
